From Manifest to The Catalyst: The Albums Behind Our Designs

· The Band

Several of our designs come from the last few years of Amaranthe. Here is the story of those releases, in order.

What is Manifest?

Manifest is our sixth album, released on 2 October 2020 on Nuclear Blast and produced by Jacob Hansen. It includes "Viral", "Strong" (featuring Noora Louhimo of Battle Beast), "Crystalline", "Archangel" and "Boom!1". "Boom!1" came out as a single on 5 November 2020, written by Olof Mörck, Elize Ryd and Henrik Englund.

What about Crystalline?

"Crystalline" is a duet of Elize Ryd and Nils Molin from Manifest. It got its own single and video in 2022, shot at a 17th-century château near Wrocław, Poland. The blue crystal heart on our Crystalline design comes from that song.

And PvP?

"PvP" is a single from December 2021, the anthem for the Swedish e-sports world cup team. Our PvP design puts a golden V around a glowing A, with six figures on a road below.

What is The Catalyst?

The Catalyst is our seventh album, released on 23 February 2024 on Nuclear Blast. It reached No. 3 in Germany. The singles were "Find Life", "Damnation Flame", "Insatiable", "Outer Dimensions" and "Re-Vision".

What came after?

"Chaos Theory" arrived as a single and video in February 2026, and we toured Europe with Epica on the Arcane Dimensions Tour in early 2026.

  • Tip: pick Boom for the loudest look, Crystalline for the softest, The Catalyst for the coldest.
